In the recently published “The Good Food Guide 2010”, drakes fine dining Restaurant scored an impressive 6 out of 10 - the highest rating of all restaurants in Brighton.
This significant achievement is depicted by the guide as “exemplary cooking skills, innovative ideas, impeccable ingredients and an element of excitement”
Through the evident skill, flair and imagination of Head Chef Andrew McKenzie, who has been at the helm of the kitchen since drakes opened it’s doors four years ago, the Restaurant has also been awarded 2 AA Rosettes in April of this year.
